Delivery

Due to high demand during this period, shipping may take a little longer than usual. We’re doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING – 100% TRACKED.

Unfortunately, customs/import fees are not included in our services. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are imposed in accordance with the regulations of the country to which the goods are being shipped.

Your order will be delivered to you via or your local postal services. 

  • Standard GREECE – 3.00€ | Free for orders above 50€
  • DPD Courier Delivery – 5.95€ | Free for orders above 70€ (Power Banks only)
  • UPS Express Delivery – 14.95€ | Get it within 2-3 business days from dispatch

Shipping time

Depending on where you live, shipping usually takes:

  • Germany: 2-4 business days
  • Europe: 4-9 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days
  • UPS Express: 2-3 business days

Please note that these are approximate delivery times. We kindly ask you to give up to 10 days on top of the regular delivery time before getting in touch with our customer support team. 

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it might take from 2 to 3 business days for tracking to start showing information. Once the package gets taken from us, it travels to the DE-Frankfurt logistics center, where it gets scanned and starts updating tracking status, and it is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.  

You can track your parcel on Track Your Order page by entering order number and email address.

Due to the special personalization of our products, we are unable to accept unsecured or invalid payments.
Our store prints each order separately.
To secure the order we accept orders only in safe ways for the visitors of our page.

As soon as the payment is completed, the order process begins immediately.

You can complete your order by choosing one of the following payment methods:

Via credit and debit cards of Visa, Mastercard.
Payment by PayPal.
PayPal is an online payment service. PayPal’s priority is user safety. By using PayPal there is no charge on the payment amount.
