ANSWERS:
We use a secure server with modern encryption technology and secure HTTPS (HTTP to SSL) protocol. We have never had a customer lose money due to illegal use of a credit card because the security system was breached while sending the data over the internet. The common saying in e-commerce is that you are more likely to be a victim of fraud if you give your credit card to a waiter at a restaurant than if you send your credit card information over the Internet over HTTPS. Our company’s telesales team accepts orders from 9:00 am. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and you can send faxes 24 hours a day.
Will you send my email to other people who will spam me?
No, we are not going to sell your email to any other company. Since data protection is important to our customers, our company must protect it.
1. MIWO’s goal is to give you a serious and compelling reason to visit our site again. In the event that MIWO uses a third party to perform the transaction, the supplier is provided with the following information to facilitate the transaction and/or product exchange: email, telephone numbers, fax numbers and payment details. MIWO also uses order information to send customers information about our company and services. Customer demographic and profile information is provided to our company’s marketing partners to develop an overall profile of our customers and improve customer service. This information is used to tailor our site to visitors’ preferences, displaying content that we believe will be of interest to them. Customers can at any time choose not to receive these future messages and also retain the right to be informed or object to the further processing of their data based on article 13 of Law 2472/97 on the protection of personal data.
